The tipical food in Argentina is the "Asado". Or in a restaurant of the center of Buenos Aires, or in some “Estancia” in the country, the tourists usually enjoy the famous Argentine meat as their inhabitants do every day.

Considered the food of the “Gauchos”, the meat usually cooks on a grill with coal of firewood or in “stake” form with the open body of the animal.

The baking is slow and uniform, unlike the “Barbecue” done in the United States, where the meat cooks directly to contact with the flame of the fire.

The “Chorizos" (smoked pork sausages) are an essential part of the "Asado" and they use generally like entrance before the meat.
